Founded in 2012, Madame Lan is the ideal destination to fully experience Vietnamese cuisine by the Han riverbank – the heart of Da Nang City.

Inspired by the sophistication of Vietnam’s culinary tradition and its emphasis on building connections over shared meals, we created a place where the flavours of Vietnam can be enjoyed in a warm and inviting atmosphere. With a diverse menu that captures the breadth of our country’s regional tastes, we deliver dining experiences that embody both traditional values and modern sensibilities.

Named after the owner’s late mother, Madame Lan exudes Hoi An flair with its decor and lanterns. The sprawling yellow house is surrounded by water features, boasting both indoor and outdoor seating. The chef rolls out an extensive culinary lineup that covers every facet of Vietnamese cuisine, including the signature dish of Da Nang: fried fish summer roll. Sautéed beef with pepper elder is also a popular salad dish to tickle your tastebuds.
